At LBBJKT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your LBBJKT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
